Chelsea Flower Show

The Chelsea Flower show is a great British Institution and the highlight of many a horticulturalist’s year. Held annually in May in the grounds of The Royal Hospital, London, it is a flower show with global importance. Running since 1862, the show has now passed its centennial year.

The RHS Chelsea Flower Show opens to the press on the Monday and members of the royal family, including The Queen, visit later in the day. RHS members visit on the Tuesday and Wednesday and the general public attend from Thursday to Saturday (the day of the big plant sell off where great bargains can be had).

Wiltshire exhibitors never fail to impress at the show.
